I am writing to share an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Creme Castle, dated Sept. 16, 2025 I placed an order for my brother in Gurgaon, specifically choosing the 9-11 AM delivery slot to ensure it would arrive in time for his guests. I messaged them (as seen in the chat screenshots) to politely request an earlier delivery within that slot. While my messages were always courteous (using "Please" and "Thank You"), the responses from their team were curt and borderline rude. Despite this, the biggest failure was the delivery itself. The order finally arrived at 1:00 PM—A FULL TWO HOURS AFTER THE PROMISED SLOT. By this time, the guests had left, leaving us embarrassed. When I followed up at 11 AM after no delivery, they claimed that calls to my brother went unanswered. This was a blatant lie: 1. The first and only message from the delivery person arrived at 1 PM, simply stating, "Sir, cake." 2. They never attempted to contact me, the order placer, to resolve any issues they were facing. 3. The delivery address is a gated community and no call was necessary in the first place. The driver simply needed to arrive and the guard would have taken care of the rest-- no complex coordination was needed. Please don’t fall for the fancy, pretentious website as they cannot live up to the standard they claim. There is zero professionalism. I would not comment on the taste of the product as the entire experience overshadowed it. I cannot recommend Creme Castle for any occasion where timing and courtesy matter. While the company may offer a response, they don't have a leg to stand on and have lost all credibility! Note: The timestamps in my screenshots may show a different time zone, as I placed the order from abroad.
