Return & Refund Policy

1. The items sold on the website are perishable and are produced on Made to Order basis and customised. Hence there is no product return policy. Once the order is delivered, it will not be returned.

2. You cancel the order 36 hours before the delivery time. You can do the same by calling on 9560804738 or dropping a mail on contact@cremecastle.in. If Order is placed within 36 hours of delivery time, it is non-cancellable/non refundable. 

3. The amount will be refunded to your bank account in 10-15 working days.

4. Cancellation charge might be applicable subject to case to case basis.
