Delivery slots are best-effort estimates, not guaranteed times. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within your chosen slot, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, the recipient's availability, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A short delay in delivery does not, by itself, constitute non-delivery or entitle a cancellation, except where the slot was purchased as a paid Fixed-Time delivery.
For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend selecting an earlier slot. If you have a strict deadline, please contact us in advance so we can advise whether it can be reasonably accommodated.
If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or declines acceptance, the order is treated as delivered/attempted, and perishable items (including cakes) may not be re-attempted or refunded except at our discretion.
